* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jason Meiring
Dr. Jason E. Meiring, 41, died Friday, December 15, 2017, at his home in Beaverton, Oregon.
He was born August 18, 1976 in Dayton, Ohio, to Richard and Barbara Rheuble Meiring. His pre-college years were spent in Fort Recovery, Ohio, where Jason was an excellent student and participated in marching band and cross country.
Jason received a Bachelor's degree in Microelectronic Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2000 and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas Austin in 2005. Jason was a Process Modeling & Software Development Engineer for IBM from 2006–2014. In 2015 he joined Mentor Graphics of Wilsonville, Oregon, as a Senior Software Engineer.
Survivors include his wife Heather (Johnson) Meiring whom he married June 19, 2004; two sons, Austin and Jonathan, and daughter, Ellen of Beaverton, Oregon: his parents Richard and Barbara Meiring of Starkville, Mississippi; two sisters, Allison (Joshua) Alexander of New York, New York and Laura (Tommie) Dempsey of Marysville, Ohio; two nephews and one niece.
Viewing will be from 2:30-4:30 PM, PST on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Springer and Son Aloha Funeral Home in Beaverton, Oregon.
