* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cynthia Campbell
Cynthia Campbell, age 56 of Ohio City, Ohio passed away on Dec. 3, 2017 at the St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born on Jan. 12, 1961 in Findlay, Ohio to the late James and Barbara (Bretz) Pommert. She married Jack L. Campbell, who survives in Ohio City.
Also surviving are her children Chad Pommert of Virginia, Cory Winhoven of Findlay, Jack Campbell II of Celina and Caylee Campbell and her fiancé Michael Young of Ohio City, ten grandchildren and her sister Karen Shinn of Findlay.
Cynthia attended Rockford High School and was a Homemaker.
Private family services will be held at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to the House of Hope, 4874 Mud Pike, Celina, OH 45822 or to the Campbell family for funeral expenses.
