* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ray Miller
Ray A. Miller, age 87, of Celina, passed away at 10:09 A.M., Friday, December 1, 2017 at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. He was born September 12, 1930 in York Township, Van Wert County, to the late Wiley Isaiah (W.I.) "Ike" Miller and Blanche (Ashbaugh) Miller.
Ray and Mae (Bauer) were married on January 21, 1950, and she survives, along with their four Children: Gary W. (Sue) Miller of Celina, Larry (Robin) Miller of Granville, Janet (Mike) Rasberry of Celina, and Kevin (Cassy) Miller of Grove City. Also surviving are eight Grandchildren and seven Great Grandchildren. Two sisters survive, Alice (Art) Henry of Goshen, IN and Betty Simons of Monroeville, IN, and two Sisters-in-law, Pauline Miller of Mendon and Betty Shope of Rockford.
He was preceded in death by a brother & his wife, Glenn & Rosaleen Miller, a brother, Wayne Miller, a sister, Carol Lou Miller and Brothers-in-law, Ronnie Simons and Edward Shope.
Ray had worked at Avco New Idea in Coldwater, retiring in 1989 after 45 years of service, and he had also farmed. He enjoyed gardening, birdwatching and spending time with the Grandkids.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 P.M., Wednesday, December 6 at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina. Calling hours are 10:00 AM until the time of services at noon on Wednesday, December 6, at the Funeral Home.
