* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Several communities have provided mutual aid in the form of linemen to help restore electricity to Celina. As of this morning, mayor Jeff Hazel said 95 percent of the city's power is back on. All homes and businesses capable of having power should be back online by sometime tonight, he said.
