* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kevin Dilworth
Kevin N. Dilworth, 62, Houston, Texas, formerly of Fort Recovery, died on October 26, 2017, at Fort Recovery, Ohio.
He was born January 19, 1955, in Celina, OH, to the late Francis "Lefty" and Betty (Trout) Dilworth.
Surviving are his two sons, Ross Dilworth of Cincinnati, OH and Troy Dilworth of Cincinnati, OH; two brothers, Keith (Rena) Dilworth of Richmond, IN and Kirk Dilworth of Fort Recovery, OH; a sister, Portia (David) Halterman of Port Charlotte, FL, and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his sister, Patsy Dilworth, and brother, Kent Dilworth.
Kevin was a member of the 1971 Fort Recovery Indians State Basketball Championship team and graduated in 1973 from Fort Recovery High School. He went on to play basketball for Defiance College and graduated with honors with a degree in accounting.
Kevin worked many years as an auditor for Marathon Oil. He also owned a Farmers Insurance Agency, Houston, TX. Most recently, he was a real estate agent at Networth Reality in Houston, TX.
His kindness and gentle spirit will be remembered by all who knew him.
A service will be held 12:00 noon on Monday, October 30, 2017 at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio. Burial will follow at Green Park Cemetery, Portland, Indiana.
Calling is 10:00 am-12:00 noon Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
