* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Livingston
Thomas E. Livingston 85, passed away October 24, 2017 at Wayne Hospital State of the Heart Hospice.
Tom was born July 27, 1932 to Sylvester & Fanny Bailey Livingston in Celina, Ohio. He was a Graduate of Coldwater High School, served in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Constellation. He worked at Sheller-Globe Hardy's Division and Astral Industries as a Certified Purchasing Manager.
He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Union City, Indiana, and a 3rd and 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Tom was a Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 50 and served on Board of Directors for Community Help Center when they built their new building. Tom married Myrna Huelsman August 10, 1953.
Survivors include wife of 64 yrs., Myrna Huelsman Livingston; daughter, Amy (William) Whittington-Richland, Michigan; 5 grandchildren, Katherine, Stephenie, Thomas, R.J. and Christopher; 9 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, James (Donna) Livingston, Donald (Joyce) Livingston both of Coldwater, Ohio; several nieces and nephews also.
Tom was preceded by his parents; son, Stephen Livingston; sister, Wanda; brother, Harold Livingston.
Mass will be held Saturday October 28, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Union City, Indiana with Father Peter Logston. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Union City, Indiana.
Calling is Friday October 27, 2017 at Reichard Funeral Home Inc. from 4-6 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
