* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wright State University-Lake Campus Associate Professor of Biology Stephen Jacquemin, left, and Tom Knapke, Lake Restoration Commission coordinator, stand on the shore of Grand Lake. After Jacquemin and his team spent months researching how many carp are in Grand Lake, where they are and what it would cost to remove them, they have concluded that the lake is too large to remove them all.
