Joyce Bell-Strickland
Joyce Bell-Strickland, 75, of Mendon, OH died 12:54 p.m. Thursday September 21, 2017 at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born July 21, 1942 in St. Marys, OH to Oscar and Helen (Taylor) Cramer. On August 2, 2012, she married Brian Strickland, who survives.
Also, survived by: daughter Kim (Mike) Klauss of Mendon OH; son Clint (Holly) Bell of Mendon, OH; son Bob (Deb) Bell of Monticello, OH; daughter Julie Porter of Butler, IN; step-son Brian Strickland of Cleveland, OH; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother Carl Cramer of Wapakoneta, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Oscar and Helen Cramer; first husband Winifred Eugene Bell; granddaughter Tara Lynn Bell; brother Frank Cramer; brother Thomas Cramer; brother Jack Cramer; brother Dennis Cramer; brother Robert Cramer; brother Donald Cramer; brother Oscar Cramer, Jr.; sister Patricia Thomas; sister Norma Jean Cramer; sister Betty Lou Muter.
She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1961). She had worked at Motor Inn Restaurant in Mercer, OH for a number of years. Her favorite pastimes included making crafts, going to garage sales, attending church, taking automobile drives and family camping trips.
Rites are scheduled to begin 2:00 p.m. Monday September 25, 2017 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. Pastor Steve Coburn and Pastor Randy Christian will co-officiate the services.
Visitation 12:00 noon–2:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made her family to assist with final expenses.
