Darlene Watson
Darlene Watson, age 55 of Groveport, Ohio passed away on Wednesday Sept. 6, 2017 at her residence. She was born on April 28, 1962, in Hindman, Ky to Earl Watson, who preceded her in death and Genevieve (Thacker) Watson, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are her sister Earlene Wolfe, brothers & sister-in-law Ronnie Watson, Jeff & Kelli Watson all of Celina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews Aaron and Danielle Wolfe, Andrea and Jeremy Cable, Brittany Schwarck and Nantan Heppeard, Keaton Watson, Grant Watson and several great nieces and great nephews Amelia Wolfe, Joslyn Cable, Harper Cable, Braxton Cable, Mila Heppeard and Ivy Heppeard.
Darlene graduated in 1980 from Celina High School and received her Bachelor's in Computer Programming from Miami University, then received her Master's Degree and was currently working for the Defense Contract Management Agency in Columbus. She enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping and gardening.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday Sept. 11, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral home in Celina, with Rev. Randy Christian officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery in Celina. Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday Sept. 10, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
