* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Raymond Swartout III
Raymond J. Swartout III, 70 of Arcanum, Ohio passed away on Thursday August 17, 2017 at 5:59 AM.
He was born July 23, 1947 in Adrian, Michigan the son of Betty Lou (Byrne) Bell and the late Raymond J. Swartout.
He is preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother; his wife: Joanna J. (Stephenson) Swartout of Arcanum; children & spouses: Raymond & Shonda Swartout, Monica & John Adkins; grandchildren: Logan Ray Emerson, Isaac Michael Swartout, Raymond J. Swartout V "Thorne", Harley Desiree Adkins & Joe Mercer, Alyssa Lynn Crosby & Josh Glick, Gage Robertson Emerson, Jasmine Nicole Adkins; brothers & sister in law: Larry Swartout, Gordon & Anita Jones; sister: Dawn Jones; numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Friday August 25, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Danny Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Abbottsville Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to services at the funeral home. Veteran's graveside services will be conducted by the Greenville Veterans Honor Guard. Condolences for the family may be expressed through www.zecharbailey.com.
