* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Henry Lageman
Henry H. Lageman, 91, formerly of New Knoxville, died 3:46 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2017, at the Gardens of Celina.
He was born July 21, 1926, in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Edward and Laura (Hoge) Lageman.
He is survived by his nieces and nephews, including: Barbara (Wayne) Bateman of O'Fallon, Missouri; Annette (Donald) Siegler of West Chester, Ohio; Jeanette (Fred) Coulson of Loveland, Ohio; Mark (Sarah) Lageman of New Knoxville; Tracy Spellman of Springfield, Ohio; Tana (Bill) Spellman of Urbana, Ohio; Jerry (Sandy) Hatter of Urbana. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by his siblings Jim Lageman, Dorothy Lageman, Eunice Lageman and Grace Hatter.
Henry was a 1944 graduate of New Knoxville High School, and a veteran of the United States Army, having served during WWII. He retired from the Hoge Brush Company, where he had served as General Manager for many years.
He was a member of American Legion Post 444 in New Knoxville, and the First Church of New Knoxville. Henry was a horse racing enthusiast and had owned numerous horses over the years. He was an avid New Knoxville Rangers fan.
Funeral rites will be held 10:30 A.M. Saturday, August 19, 2017, at the First Church of New Knoxville, Pastor Joel Bucklin, officiant. Burial will follow at Evangelical Protestant Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral rites on Saturday at the church.
