* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mike Wolfe, left, drinks orange soda on Saturday afternoon while competing against four others in an eating contest during the Coldwater Community Picnic. The competitors were challenged to eat eight paninis weighing 6 1/2 pounds and drink about one liter of orange soda. Wolf completed the challenge in 42 minutes.

Clarification:

  The eating contest Saturday was hosted by the Hunger Struck food truck and was not associated with the Coldwater Community Picnic. Mike Wolfe won the competition in a time of 16 minutes, 42 seconds. The error occurred in reporting.
