* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Frazier
Robert K. Frazier, 79, Sanford, NC and formerly of Fort Recovery, OH, died July 28, 2017, at Central Carolina Hospital, Sanford, NC.
He was born February 4, 1938, in Union City, IN, to the late Harrison and Florence (Greek) Frazier. On February 4, 1956, he married Dorothy (Wisner) Frazier, who died April 11, 2009. In 2011, he married Sadie Frazier, who died in 2016.
Surviving are three children, Deb (Steve) Fiely of Fort Recovery, OH, Brenda (Bob) Kaup of Fort Recovery, OH and Kathy (Randy) Wendel of Fort Recovery, OH; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and extended family in NC.
Also preceding him in death is his brother, Richard Frazier.
Robert served in the Ohio and Indiana National Guard and retired from the Fort Recovery Industries. He was a member of the Word of Life Worship Center, Union City, OH. He enjoyed go-carting, fishing, bowling, horse shoes and playing cards.
Services are 11:00 am Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, OH. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 6:00 pm-8:00 pm Monday and 10:00 am-11:00 am Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
