* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

A boy holds up his catch at Thursday's Hooked on Fishing kids fishing derby. Despite rain earlier in the day, the sun eventually came out and allowed families to gather at the Kuenning-Dicke Natural Area in New Bremen for the event.
