* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina Rotary tour

Grand Lake Rotary Club members this morning tour the building at 202 S. Main St., one of many landmarks in downtown Celina. Rotary member Vance Engle led the tour of the building's three floors and discussed how it once housed a cigar factory and an ice-cream parlor. Engle said he encourages residents to take an interest in preserving and restoring landmarks such as this building.
