Millie Werling
Millie Werling, 72, formally of Celina, died May 18, 2017, in San Luis Obispo, CA.
She was born August 25, 1944 to the late Lamar Freemont and Margaret (Borger) Bierly. On June 9, 1965, she married Edward Joseph Werling and he preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Edward Anthony (Dawn) Werling, Burkettsville, and Richard Matthew Werling, Greenville; a brother, Ray Bierly, Florida; a half-brother, Sherman Bierly, SC; a sister-in-law, Betty Lou Bierly, WI; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Ed Merson.
Also preceded in death by two sons, Robert Paul Werling, and Daniel Lamar Werling; a brother Anthony Bierly; and a sister, Susan Stafford.
Millie was a 1962 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She served her country in the United States Navy (USN). She retired after working many years in home health care.
Friends may call from 12:00–2:00 P.M., Friday, July 28, 2017 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Graveside service will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina, Ohio, with Fr. Kenneth Alt C.PP.S., officiating, with military honors by Celina VFW Post #5713 and Celina American Legion Post #210.
