* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ralph Felver Jr.
Ralph Felver, Jr., 87, Van Wert, Ohio died 6:30 A.M. Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Van Wert Manor Nursing Home.
He was born February 28, 1930 in St. Marys, Ohio to Ralph and Martha (Moser) Felver, Sr. On March 26, 1949 he married Sharon Rose (Polen) Felver, who survives at the residence.
Ralph is survived by his son Curtis A. (Karen) Felver, Zanesville, Ohio; daughter Deborah K. (James) Boroff, Van Wert, Ohio; and son Neil W. Felver, of Wartrace, Tennessee. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren, his best friend, George Spitler, of Van Wert, Ohio, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his infant son, Todd Eric Felver in 1968, a daughter, Kristy Lynn Felver in 1992, and a daughter-in-law, Tiffany G. Felver in 2016. The last of 9 siblings, Ralph was also preceded in death by 4 brothers: Louis Felver, Ervin "Red" Felver, Basil Felver, and Carl Felver; and 4 sisters: Goldie (Slife) Meyer, Cleo Howell, Lilly Herzog, and Marva Lee Germann.
Ralph was a 1948 graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys, Ohio. He retired from Chrysler Corporation in Van Wert, Ohio in 1989 after 23 years of service. He enjoyed painting, playing cards, watching movies, loved Tom & Jerry, but most of all loved his wife of 68 years, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street Chapel, in St. Marys, Ohio. Rev. Don Clinger will officiate the services.
The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 11:00 A.M Wednesday until the time of services. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton Ohio.
Memorial contributions in memory of Ralph may be directed to Van Wert Hospice Center, 1155 Westwood Drive, Van Wert, Ohio 45891.
