* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Fisher
James R. Fisher, 64, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died July 19, 2017 at his residence.
He was born October 10, 1952 in Celina, OH, to the late Edgar and Martha (Breymaier) Fisher. On May 13, 1972, in St. Marys, OH, he married Susan (Wycuff) Fisher, who survives.
Also surviving are their two children, Tess Fisher of Geneva, IN and Bev Thwaits of Fort Recovery, OH; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; his siblings, Michael (Charlene) Fisher Sr. of Fort Recovery, OH, Alice Wycuff of Celina, OH, Tom Fisher of Portland, IN and Ivan Fisher of Portland, IN; and in-laws, Anna Heppeard of Mendon, OH, Ruth (Bill) Stetler of Willshire, OH, Tom (Deb) Wycuff of Celina, OH, Mary (Mike) Evers of Fort Recovery, OH, Dorothy (Dave) Gilbert of New Weston, OH, John (Theresa) Wycuff of St. Joe, OH, Jake (Becky) Wycuff of Coldwater, OH and Bill (Gertie) Wycuff of Dunkirk, IN.
He is preceded in death by his in-laws, Junior Wycuff and Dale Wycuff.
James was previously employed at the former Huffy Corporation, Celina, OH. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
Services are 10:30 am Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, OH, with Pastor Tom Bolton officiating.
Calling is Saturday, from 9:00 am until the time of the service, at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home.
