* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Beougher
Richard S. Beougher, 75, of Celina, Ohio, formerly of Mercer, Ohio, passed away Sunday evening at 8:04 p.m. at Van Wert In-Patient Hospice in Van Wert, Ohio.
He was born February 2, 1942, to Paul and Mabel (Piper) Beougher, both who have preceded in death.
He graduated from Rockford High School, and worked at CBS Auto Parts in Celina, Ohio, where he was an auto parts delivery driver until his retirement from there.
Dick was very active in the Celina Council on Aging where he enjoyed his many friendships. He loved Bingo, and the U.S. 127 Garage Sale, always looking forward to it every year. He enjoyed "picking," finding treasures for himself, and items to sell to others.
Surviving are his two sisters: Rose Lawrence of Mendon, Ohio and Bonnie Beougher of Cincinnati, Ohio, and his one brother: Jerry (Ann) Beougher of Convoy, Ohio, along with many nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to his parents is a brother, James Beougher, and a brother-in-law, Cloyd "Junior" Lawrence.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, with Rev. Ronald Beougher officiating.
Friends and relatives may call from 2-4 p.m., at the funeral home, prior to the service.
Memorials may be directed to Van Wert In-Patient Hospice or the Celina Council on Aging.
