* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Firm comments on FBI search

COLDWATER - Company officials have said in a news release that FBI agents serving a search warrant at Totally Promotional's facility are conducting a price-fixing investigation into the promotional-products industry.

"Totally Promotional executives were interviewed and were fully cooperative with the investigators onsite," part of the release read. "Totally Promotional has been made aware of other companies within the promotional products industry who are also being investigated per this issue. Totally Promotional has not participated in any wrongdoing as it relates to any activity, including price fixing with any of our competitors."

FBI Special Agent Vicki Anderson said this morning that agents were at the company's site, 450 S. Second St., from 7:45 a.m.-2:40 p.m. Any details or results of the search could not be released at this time.

Anderson stated that she could neither confirm nor deny the contents of the Totally Promotional news release.

Coldwater Police Chief Jason Miller confirmed his department's officers were asked to stand by at the facility Tuesday morning.
