* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Esther Knapke
Esther A. Knapke, age 90, of Cranberry Prairie, died on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born September 14, 1926 in Chickasaw to the late Albert & Anna (Homan) Hartings. On October 21, 1950 she married William F. Knapke and he died September 17, 2008.
She is survived a son Jerry & Nancy Knapke of Van Wert; a daughter Linda Perez of Columbus; six grandchildren; one step grandchild; eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; siblings Bernard Hartings of St. Henry and Hilda & Harold Meyer of Minster; and a sister-in-law Norma Knapke of St. Henry.
She is also preceded in death by brothers Louis & Irene Hartings and Gregor & Joan Hartings; and in-laws Esther Hartings, Lucille Hess, Hilda Knapke, Rita Muhlenkamp, Sr. Julia, Roselyn Muhlenkamp, Claude, Bernard, Mark and Robert Knapke.
She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Cranberry and the ladies Altar Rosary sodality of the church.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Monday July 10, 2017 at St. Francis Church, Cranberry. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1 to 5 PM on Sunday and 9 to 10 AM on Monday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
