Photo by Nick Wenning/The Daily Standard

Ann and Lou Brunswick admire the #1 Coldwater baseball jersey after it was formally retired by Coldwater High School and the Coldwater community on Sunday between games of the Mercer County ACME baseball sectional. Lou Brunswick coached the Cavaliers to 750 wins and five OHSAA state baseball titles over 35 seasons and was one of the founders of ACME baseball. The Brunswicks' children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as many former Cavalier baseball players were in attendance for the presentation.
