* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alice Cromwell
Alice Cromwell, of Gahanna, died Sunday, June 18, 2017 at her home.
She was born March 10, in St. Henry, Ohio to the late William & Anna (Ahlers) Dues. On September 26, 1959, she married Hollis Cromwell, who died August 29, 1990.
She is survived by two sons, Jeffrey & Terri Cromwell of Englewood, Florida, Philip & Susan Cromwell of Blacklick, two daughters, Kim Carpenter of Gahanna and Lori Swanson, Columbus, six grandchildren, Sean Susey, Jason Swanson, Jeremy Swanson, Holly Carpenter, Katie Cromwell, and Anna Cromwell, a brother, Mark Dues of St. Marys, and in-laws, Geneva Dues and Kate Dues of St. Henry and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Ed Swanson, brothers and sisters, Bill Dues, Cy Dues, Carl & Katy Dues, Ed & Mary Dues, Alma & Tom Osterfeld, Florence & Wayne Snider and Elvira & Don Meuret, and sister-in-law, Shirley Dues.
She retired from Ohio Bell in 1992, after 15 years of service. She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church, Gahanna, the Gahanna VFW Auxiliary, several Senior Centers, Red Hat Clubs and St. Johns Card Club. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, playing cards and going on trips.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3:00 to 7:00 pm on Tuesday and from 9:00 to 10:00 am on Wednesday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
Memorials may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice.
