Former Ohio Department of Natural Resources engineer Dave Kiefer and project manager Gary Harsanye cut the ribbon on the Little Chickasaw Boat Ramp on Friday. The $763,000 project was funded by portions of fishing license fees and a portion of the state gasoline tax.
