* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wilma Santaguida
Wilma L. Cromwell Santaguida, age 95 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 7:40 p.m. on Saturday June 10, 2017 at the Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born on Dec. 24, 1921 in Dawn, Ohio to the late Earl & Vergia (Schultz) Hittle. She graduated from Gettysburg High School in 1939. She married the late John Cromwell in 1946. In 1979 she married Frank Santaguida, who survives.
She is also survived by two sons and daughters-in-law Bruce (Janet) Cromwell of Celina, and Dane (Penny) Cromwell, Versailles; grandchildren, Matt (Karen) Cromwell, Ryan Cromwell, Cindy (Dan) Ontrop, Steven Cromwell and Lisa Cromwell; nine great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; a sister, Barb Townsend of Sault St. Marie, MI. and four step children; Michael Santaguida of Ft. Myers Beach, FL., Frank (Cynthia) Santaguida of Lima, Linda (Ron) Leffman of Spencerville and Vickie Scott of Ft. Myers, Fl.
She was preceded in death by a sister and brothers-in-law, Geraldine (Paul) Loy, Jim Townsend; a brother and sister-in-law Donald (Mary) Hittle.
Wilma worked as a purchasing agent for Speicher Brothers for many years. She was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina and sang in the Church Choir in her earlier years. She enjoyed cooking, baking, but most of all she loved singing and spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday June 14, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Union Cemetery in Greenville.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday June 13, 2017, and from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice or Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina.
