* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Site work begins

Earth is being moved at 7660 state Route 703, Celina, this week to prepare the site for Wright State University Lake-Campus' $3 million Agriculture and Water Quality Center. The new facility will be located near the shore of Grand Lake and will house laboratories, classrooms, faculty offices and meeting rooms, Lake Campus Dean Jay Albayyari had told the newspaper earlier this year.
