* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Ann Kittle
Mary Ann Kittle, age 81, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 2:50 pm, Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born March 17, 1936 in Washington Township to the late Forest Emory and Cuba Loree (Kugel) Kittle.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews; a sister-in-law, Martha Lou Kittle, Celina; and a brother-in-law, Phil Fishbaugh, Spencerville.
Also preceded in death by eight brothers & sisters: Virginia (John) Zumberge, Elmer "Pete" (Ruth) Kittle, Leonard "Kelly" Kittle, Helen (Bob) Henkle, Blanche (James) Andres, Geraldine "Geri" Fishbaugh, Murrel "Charlie" Kittle and Carolyn "Susie" (Eugene) Sloan.
Mary Ann was a 1954 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina after 25 years of service. She was a member of Erastus Methodist Church, rural Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday, June 10, 2017 in the Cisco Funeral Home of Celina, with Rev. David Gordon officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
