Scott West of Nitelites Signs and Graphics of Fort Wayne, Ind., cleans the letters of the new City of Celina Administration Building sign Thursday afternoon while Celina firefighter Kane Swaney watches. The sign was requested by city council members, notably June Scott, who wanted to better identify the building for the public. The sign will cost $6,205.
