* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Madonna Sharpe
Madonna M. Sharpe, 97, formerly of St. Marys, OH died 3:19 p.m. Sunday April 16, 2017 at the residence of her daughter Martha (Bob) Yocum in Geneva, IN.
She was born October 11, 1919 in Decatur, IN to Orval and Rose (Elzey) Lenhart. On December 20, 1941 in Mendon, OH she married Minos R. Sharpe, who died September 6, 1994.
Survivors include: son Michael Sharpe of Spencerville, OH; son Jeffrey (Julie) Sharpe of Spencerville, OH; daughter Martha (Bob) Yocum of Geneva, IN; daughter Peggy (Kirk) Figley of Lobelville, TN; daughter-in-law Bev Sharpe of St. Marys, OH; 14 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; brother Robert (Deloris) Lenhart of Camas, WA; sister Martha Connely of Decatur, IN; sister-in-law Imolu Lenhart of Decatur, IN; sister-in-law Misako Lenhart of Oroville, CA.
Preceded in death by: parents Orval and Rose Lenhart; husband Minos Sharpe; son Jerry Sharpe; grandson John Hudson; daughter-in-law Lynne Houts Sharpe; brother Herman Lenhart; brother William Lenhart.
She was a 1938 graduate of the former Wren-Union High School. She was a homemaker, who had previously worked for Huffy Bicycle Mfg. Co. in Celina, OH, Sharp Canning Co. in Rockford, OH and the Lima News. During World War II, she worked for International Harvester in Ft. Wayne, IN.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Mendon, OH. Her favorite pastimes included fishing and sewing.
Rites are scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Friday April 21, 2017 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys, with Kevin Koeper, officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton, OH.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
