* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

D. Ann Kesler
D. Ann Kesler, 86, of Rockford, Ohio, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born on October 16, 1931, to Dewey and Lottie (Morrison) Gibbons, in Liberty Township, Mercer County, Ohio. She was a graduate of Willshire High School, Willshire, Ohio. Ann was married to Gary "Gus" Kesler, who preceded in death on April 17, 1990.
She lived in the area all her life and was a nurse's aide at Colonial Nursing Home in Rockford for 20 years. Ann was a member of the Rockford United Methodist Church, and for the past 15 years volunteered at The Maplewood of Shane's Village and The Laurels of Shane Hill.
Ann loved spending time with her grandchildren, Brooklyn and Beckett. Her favorite pastime was watching horse racing and stopping in at the Farmers' Table at Becky's in Willshire, where she would always see friends and catch up on the latest news.
Surviving is one daughter, Misti (Ed) Burtch of Rockford, Ohio, and 5 grandchildren, Brooklyn, Beckett, and Eddie Burtch, all of Rockford, Ohio; Claire Burtch of Dallas, Texas; and Haley Burtch of Raleigh, North Carolina.
Friends may call on Thursday, April 20, from 3-7 p.m. at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, Ohio.
Services will follow at 7:00 p.m., with Pastor Chip Steffy officiating. Private graveside services will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City on Friday.
