* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alisha Robbins
Alisha D. Robbins, 41, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died April 5, 2017 at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, OH.
She was born November 25, 1975 in Corona, CA, to Steven and Sherolyn (Martin) Jones, who survive in Mendon, OH. On August 30, 2014, in Portland, IN, she married Wendell "Shane" Robbins, who survives.
Also surviving are her two sons, Dylan Harsh and Noah Boroff, both of Celina, OH; her sister, Natalie (Willie) Tobe of Fort Recovery, OH; her brother, Steven Jones Jr. and fiancee, Jessica Hoelscher of New Knoxville, OH; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Wendell J. and Geraldine Robbins of Portland, IN; her grandmother, Marge Martin of Fort Recovery, OH; and grandparents, Robert & Nola Lanning of Portland, IN, and many nieces and nephews who meant so very much to her.
Deceased is her grandfather, Dick Martin, her grandmother, Margaret Gabbard, and grandparents, Clifford & Neva Jones and Arthur & Georgemoll Robbins.
Alisha was employed at McSobers, Coldwater, Ohio and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Fort Recovery. Alisha enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and especially enjoyed mushroom hunting with her husband, Shane. She loved having fun and spending time with her family.
Services are 10:30 am Monday, April 10, 2017 at Fellowship Baptist Church, 289 South 200 West, Portland, IN, with Pastor Hugh Kelly officiating.
Visitation is 9:00 am-10:30 am Monday at the Fellowship Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial contributions can be made to the State of Heart Care or the Cancer Treatment Center of America.
