* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles McCall
Charles Robert McCall, age 93, of Beavercreek, Ohio and formerly of Coldwater, passed away at 12:33 a.m., on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at the Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio.
He was born on May 3, 1923 in Los Angeles, CA to the late Charles Edward and Wilhelmina Jane (Lyons) McCall. On Aug. 17, 1944 he married the love of his life, Elizabeth June "Betty" (Beeson) McCall, who died Oct. 6, 2012.
Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law William David and Gloria McCall of Vail, AZ, Michael John McCall of Beavercreek, Robert Andrew and Peggy McCall of Englewood, daughters and sons-in-law Mary Elizabeth and Louis Trionfera of Ft. Collins, CO, Charlene Ann Huff of Coldwater, nineteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, son Charles E. McCall, son-in-law Thomas Huff and his sister and brother-in-law Jean and Bill Lewis.
Charles served his country in the United States Army during World War II in the 1346th Army Air Force Base Unit Air Transport Command In India. Then he worked for The National Cash Register Company as a display builder for 30 years, until he retired. After his retirement he was employed at the Celina East Elementary School in the maintenance department.
Charles was a former member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, Ohio and a member of the St. Luke Catholic Church in Beavercreek. He was a Life member of the American Legion Post #668 in Vandalia, former member of the Coldwater American Legion Post #470 and transferred his membership to the Beavercreek American Legion Post #763.
His children and grandchildren were the pride and Joy of his life. He enjoyed fishing, Playing Cards, Dancing and coaching baseball in Vandalia.
A memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday March 31, 2017 at the St. Luke Catholic Church in Beavercreek, 1440 N. Fairfield Rd. Beavercreek, Ohio, with Fr. Terry Schneider officiating. Burial will follow in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery, with Military Honors.
Friends may call from 9 a.m until 10:30 a.m. at the Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice.
