* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

A walk by the lake

Two women and a dog walk along a path at West Bank Park on Friday evening. With temperatures reaching into the 70s on Friday, locals were out and about visiting the dog park, fishing and grilling out.
