* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kathleen Fetters
Kathleen Hope Fetters, 95, of Celina, passed away at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford, OH, on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 10:35 pm.
She was born March 12, 1922 in Greenville, OH to the late Jon and Mary (Hole) Ellis. She married Carl Rex "Buck" Fetters on October 13, 1941 and he preceded her in death on December 5, 2004.
Survivors include a daughter, Deborah Jane Fetters, Celina, OH; a daughter-in-law, Colleen Fetters, Hebron, KY; a brother, Rev. Robert Ellis; two sisters-in-law, Anita Ellis, Celina, OH, and Betty Ellis, Delphos, OH; 3 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Ann Fetters; a son, Michael Rex Fetters; three brothers, John (Joan) Ellis, Bevan Ellis, and Marvin Ellis; two sisters, Delores (Eugene) Reynolds, and Linda (Lou) Ross; and a sister-in-law, Marjorie Ellis.
Kathleen was a devoted to her family and spent her life working as a homemaker.
Visitation hours will be from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, Friday, March 17, 2017 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, OH.
Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm on Saturday in the Cisco Funeral Home with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, OH.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Community Health Professionals and Hospice, 816 Pro Dr., Celina, OH 45822.
