* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Phyllis Humbert
Phyllis M. Humbert, age 83, of Celina, passed away Sunday morning, March 12, 2017 at Celina Manor.
Born May 1, 1933 in Somerville, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Francis X. & Irene Swenson Grue. She married Robert J. Humbert on April 27, 1957, and he preceded her in death on July 6, 1981.
Surviving are their six Children: Scott (Debra) Humbert and Stephen (Sheila) Humbert of Celina, Sandra (Terry) Trammell of Auburn, Georgia, Michelle (Brian) Stevens of Centerville, and Michael (Suzanna) Humbert and Brian (Trisha) Humbert of Columbus, a brother: Robert Grue of Pelham, New Hampshire, 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, James Grue.
Phyllis had been the owner of and instructor at her own dance studio while living in Boston, Massachusetts. She had worked as receptionist at the Immaculate Conception Church rectory in Celina, where she was a member and served as a Eucharistic Minister. In 1996, Phyllis retired from Reynolds+Reynolds in Celina, where she had been a press operator.
She was a volunteer at Coldwater Community Hospital, and known as the "Cookie Lady" at Celina Manor. Phyllis enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, listening to music, and reading.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 17, at Immaculate Conception Church, with Fr. Kenneth Alt, C.PP.S., presiding. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling Hours are 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16 and 9:30-10:15 a.m. on Friday, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
