* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Wenning
William N. "Bill" Wenning, age 71, of Celina, died on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at his home.
He was born November 5, 1945, in Celina to the late Raymond H. & Helen O. (Bertke) Wenning. He married Marilyn E. (Eischen) Wenning on April 15, 1967 and she died November 30, 2013.
He is survived by five children, Paula & Monty Sibery of Portland, IN, Dawn Ridder of Celina, Neal Wenning & Birgit Hampshire of Celina, Michelle Franck of Celina and Cheryl & Kedric Green of San Antonio, TX; seventeen grandchildren, Colten, Skyler, Joshua, Alyssa, Dylan, Jakob, Kora, Justin, Cheyenne, Deondre, Derek, Stephanie, Marissa, Gabriella, Owen, Brody and Tucker; former sons-in-law Todd Ridder and Shawn Franck; siblings Judy Kelch of Minster, Ginny & Virgil Post of Ft. Recovery and Janice Sue Wenning of Russia; and in laws Robert & Lynn Eischen of Celina and Carl & Cheryl Eischen of Celina.
He is also preceded in death by a grandchild Mackenzie Grace and a brother in law Irvin Kelch.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, served in the Ohio National Guard, was a car salesman for over 25 years and followed NASCAR with Dale Earnhart Sr being his favorite. Bill enjoyed the outdoors and especially liked fishing.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Holy Trinity.
Friends may call on Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
