* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lois Mescher
Lois "Jean" Mescher, age 65, of Coldwater, passed on peacefully Friday, March 3, 2017 at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born August 6, 1951, in Sidney, to the late Kenneth Meyer Sr. & Alvera (Broerman) Meyer-Arling. On September 23, 1972, she married William Mescher, who passed on November 20, 2009.
She is survived by three children, Lynn Mescher of Spencerville, Kevin & Sarah Mescher of New Bremen, and Christa Mescher of Coldwater, four grandchildren, Gavin, Olivia, Reece, Griffin, a brother, Kenneth & Ginger Meyer of Piqua, and in-laws, Annette Meyer of Minster, Sue Mescher of Burkettsville, Helen "Butch" Jacobs of Coldwater and Paula & Ned Hileman of Rockford.
She is preceded in death by step-father, Walter Arling, a brother, Wayne Meyer, a sister, Barbara O'Meara and in-laws, Edward O'Meara, Thomas Mescher and Donald Jacobs.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater and was a stay at home Mom, not only to her children but the entire community of kids as well. 
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 4 to 8 PM and on Tuesday from 9 to 10 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
