* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

M. Jean Prueter
M. Jean Prueter, 86, Botkins, Ohio, died 5:55 A.M. Thursday, March 2, 2017, at the Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home.
She was born July 28, 1930, in Lima, the daughter of Ted and Goldie (Berryhill) Hurlburt. She married Elwood "Gib" Prueter on June 11, 1950, in Ada, Ohio, and he survives at the residence.
She is also survived by her four children: Ted (Pam) Prueter of Ada; Steve Prueter of Florence, South Carolina; Mike (Joanie) Prueter of Botkins; Lynda Prueter of Sidney. She is survived by her 8 grandchildren and by her 9 great-grandchildren. Jean's parents raised two nieces, as well: Patty Puckett of Maupin, Oregon; Bonnie (Jerry) Bosse of Rawson, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and by an infant brother.
Jean was a 1948 graduate of Ada High School. She assisted her husband in the operation of his auto body repair shop in Kettlersville for many years.
She was an active member of the First Church of New Knoxville, where she had taught Sunday School and had served as the Treasurer of the Womens' Guild of the church. She was a great homemaker who loved sewing, knitting, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at the First Church of New Knoxville, The Reverend Joel Bucklin, officiant. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-7 P.M. Monday in the Heritage Room of the church, where memorial gifts may be given to the Those in Need Fund of the church.
