Scattered snow showers can be expected this morning along with westerly winds gusting to around 40 mph at times. Temperatures will continue to fall this morning, with readings dropping well below freezing.
Snow accumulations will be a half inch or less. This will result in some slick spots on untreated surfaces as well as bridges and overpasses. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination this morning. Be prepared for changing road conditions as well as gusty winds.

Michael Meiring

Michael T. Meiring, 36, passed away on February 23, 2017, in St. Augustine, Florida.

Michael was born in St. Marys, Ohio on March 30, 1980.

He is survived by his parents, Michael and Terese Meiring, Minster. His sisters Natalie (Michael) Acker, Sarasota FL, Leslie Meiring, Sacramento, CA, and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

He graduated from Minster High School in 1998. He attended Columbus State College. He was formerly employed by Honda Marysville as a service manager.

Visitation is Sunday, March 5, from 1 to 6 pm and Monday from 9 to 9:30 am, at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.

Funeral Mass is at St. Augustine Church, Minster, at 10:00 am on Monday, March 6, 2017, Father Rick Nieberding officiating.
