* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Esther M. Moeller
Esther M. Moeller, 80, of Springfield, died Thursday, February 23, 2017 in her residence following an extended illness.
She was born January 30, 1937 in Carthagena, OH to Joseph and Clara (Kramer) Balster.
Esther was an elementary school teacher for a number of years and also was a teacher of Religious Education. She, along with her husband, also owned and operated Moeller Music for 35 years. Esther was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church where she served as a Pastoral Associate and taught children for Communion Preparedness for 50 years.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, James H.; five children, Marvin A. (Susan) Moeller, South Charleston, OH, Maureen M. (Tim) Travis, Grove City, OH, Lisa A. Moeller, Washington, D.C., James F. (Suzy) Moeller, Plattsburg, OH, and Jeffrey D. (Ann) Moeller, Cincinnati, OH; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; twin sisters, Clara Walter and Mary (Conrad) Phlipot; a brother, Larry (Pat) Balster; two sisters-in-law, Alice and Marilyn Balster; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Walter and Larry Balster, who passed away at a young age.
Friends may call in the Conroy Funeral Home from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday in St. Bernard Church. Inurnment will be in St. Bernard Columbarium. Memorial donations may be made to St. Bernard Church.
