* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cletus Hoying
Cletus M. Hoying, age 90, of McCartyville, Ohio died at 6:20 AM on Friday, February 10, 2017 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born June 22, 1926 in McCartyville to the late Charles & Agnes (Heckman) Hoying. On June 25, 1952 he married Mary Ruth Homan at Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw, Ohio and she survives in McCartyville.
He is also survived by children: Mark & June Hoying, Angie & Tom Albers & Anita & Jack Billing, son-in-law Gale Burch, all of McCartyville, 14 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren, brothers & sister: Fr. Vincent Hoying C.PP.S., Carthagena, Marcellus "Bud" & Barb Hoying, McCartyville, Marcella & Cletus Thieman, Minster.
He was preceded in death by daughter Ruth Ann Burch, brothers: Elmer & Bernadette Hoying, Brother Norbert Hoying, Virgil & Irene Hoying and infant brother Marcellus.
He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, where he sang in the church choir, was a parish council member, an usher, a Eucharistic minister and a Schoenstatt member.
He was a 1944 graduate of Minster High School. He was a member of the McCartyville K of C and a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. Cletus was also a lifelong farmer.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, McCartyville with Rev. Steve Mondiek & Rev. Vincent Hoying con-celebrants. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, with full military honors.
Friends may call at the Sacred Heart church on Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
