* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

C. Rosabelle Finke
C. Rosabelle Finke, 96, of St. Marys, OH died Monday January 30, 2017 at Otterbein-St. Marys.
She was born September 15, 1920 in Van Wert Co, OH to Floyd and Laura (Whitmore) Boyer.
On September 15, 1940 in Van Wert, OH she married Clifford Finke, who died February 10, 1983.
She is survived by: son Terry (Joyce) Finke of Celina, OH; daughter Jeanne (Charles) McMullen of Beavercreek, OH; daughter Eve (Ron) Compton of St. Marys, OH; 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: parents Floyd and Laura Boyer; husband Clifford Finke; daughter Vonalee G. Martin; brother Malcolm "Bud" Boyer.
She was a graduate of Rockford High School (Class of 1938). Mrs. Finke was employed for many years as the office manager of Elm Grove Cemetery, Finke Vault Co., and St. Marys Marble & Granite Co.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ and its Rebecca Circle, American Legion Post #323 auxiliary, and St. Marys Senior Citizens (past secretary). She had served as a leader for the Girl Scouts, elections poll worker and had volunteered for many years at the Valley Nursing Home in St. Marys.
Her favorite pastimes included traveling, bowling, playing cards, crocheting and dancing.
Rites are scheduled to begin 1:00 p.m. Saturday February 11, 2017 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys, with the Rev. Dr. Ed Bray, officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Grand Lake Hospice program.
