* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Bensman

Charles L. "Charlie" Bensman age 60 of Findlay, Ohio formerly of Minster, Ohio died at 10:13 AM on January 28, 2017 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, Ohio.

He was born on December 6, 1956 in Coldwater, Ohio to the late Lawrence & Rose (Broering) Bensman. He married Cynthia Christman on June 30, 1979, Sacred Heart Church, McCartyville, Ohio. She survives in Findlay.

He is survived by children: Andrew & Britt Bensman, Holland, Ohio, Neil & Sarah Bensman, Wayne, Ohio and Kristen Bensman, Findlay, grandchildren Drew, Jase, Steven & Tara, brothers and sisters Ken & Pat Bensman, New Bremen, Larry & Mary Bensman, New Bremen, Judy McGlothen, St. Marys, Nick & Diane Bensman, New Bremen, in-laws: Karen Bensman, Minster, Dave & Kathy Stammen, Greenville.

He was preceded in death by brother James Bensman & sister Barb Stammen.

He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, North Baltimore, Ohio. He was a graduate of Minster High School, he received a BFA from Ohio University and a MFA from BGSU. Charlie was a fine art and Commercial Artist and an estimator for D. S. Brown.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, January 31, and from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Wednesday, February 1.
