* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Dobie
Mary E. Dobie, 91, of Wapakoneta, died 11:30 p.m., Sun. Jan. 1, 2017, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born July 12, 1925, in Wapakoneta, the daughter of Harold & Alvina (Esser) Tester, who preceded her in death. On Jan. 4, 1947, she married William E. Dobie, and he died Jan. 13, 1997.
Survivors include, 3 children, Dennis Dobie & fiancée Della Snyder, New Knoxville, Barry Dobie, Wapakoneta, Sue (Dave) Morris, Wapakoneta, 6 grandchildren, Mike Dobie, Hollie Howard, Diane (Alex) Van Meter, Jon (Jamie) Dobie, Dusty (Maria) Dobie, & Dan Jeanneret, 11 great grandchildren, Devon, Lance, Micah, Jalen, Curtis, Kia, Cutler, Kaline, Kendall, Boston & Drexler, brother, Al (Barbara) Tester, Wapakoneta.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Harold Dean Tester.
Mary was a homemaker. She was a graduate of St. Joseph High School, and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta. She was a full-time devoted wife and loving mother.
Mary loved spending time with her children & grandchildren. She also loved dogs and birds, especially red cardinals, and old country classic music.
The family would like to offer special thanks to Tri-County Hospice, Dr. Mathew Jose, and Fr. Patrick Sloneker for the wonderful care given to their mother.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Fri. Jan. 6, 2017, at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, 1102 Lincoln Ave., (St. Rt. 501) Wapakoneta, with Rev. Patrick Sloneker officiating. Burial is to follow in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m., Thurs. and 1 hr. prior to the service, Fri. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Auglaize Co. Humane Society.
