* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Shirley Clark
Shirley Ann Clark, 72 of St. Marys, formerly of McCartyville, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017 at 1:36 PM at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born on July 11, 1944 in Celina, Ohio, the daughter of the late Raymond and Matilda (Hoehne) Homan.
On February 11, 1964 Shirley married James "Jim" Clark who survives along with one son, Gerald "Jerry" Clark of Springboro, two grandchildren, Jeremy and Alexis Clark, and six siblings, Jeanette (Gene) Walls, Betty (Leonard) Jutte, Della Mae (Vick) Rosenbeck, Raymond (Carol) Homan, Dennis (Martha) Homan, and Linda (Preston) Boardwine.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Evelyn Moorman and husband Jerome.
Prior to retiring and moving to St. Marys, Mrs. Clark was the office manager for Freytag & Associates in Sidney.
Shirley had been a volunteer at the Gerard Cancer Center in Celina, OH over the past decade where she not only received treatment in the past but wished to give back using her past work experience as an office manager. In addition she was a parishioner at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in McCartyville, OH and belonged to the Moose Lodge.
Shirley loved to travel with her husband, family and grandkids. She was always the daredevil who would try new adventures such as parasailing and zip lining.
A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, January 6, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 9377 OH-119, Anna, OH. 45302, with Father Steve Mondiek officiating. A Committal Service will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 9 AM until the hour of service at the church.
Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, Sidney.
