* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wilbur Thobe

Wilbur J. Thobe age 95 of Minster, Ohio died on December 31, 2016 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.

He was born on December 7, 1921 in Maria Stein, Ohio to the late Frank & Rosalia (Imwalle) Thobe. He married Martha Geise on April 7, 1945 in Philothea, Ohio. She preceded him in death on April 2, 2001.

He is survived by sons: Ken & Linda Thobe, Minster, James F. & Jeannie Thobe, Minster, 10 grandchildren & 31 great grandchildren, brother: Cy & Martha Thobe, Chickasaw, sister: Irene & Bernard Berning, Versailles, sister-in-law Eileen Thobe, Minster.

He was preceded in death by brothers: Victor & Henrietta Thobe, Hugo & Norma Thobe, Art & Jeanette Thobe, Paul Thobe, Thomas Thobe & Judith Thobe Dircksen.

He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein and the Men's Sodality of the Church. He was also a U.S. Army Veteran during WW II.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, Ohio with Rev. Gene Schnipke celebrant. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, January 4, and 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 5.
