* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Vivian Koesters
Vivian M. Koesters, age 93, of the St. Marys Living Center (formerly of Coldwater), died on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born September 22, 1923 in Coldwater, to the late Aloysius & Louise (Hoyng) Tekamp. On November 18, 1943 she married Albert P. (Bud) Koesters and he died June 21, 1985.
She is survived by a daughter Barb & Bill Hamberg of St. Marys, a son Tim & Karen Koesters of Ft. Wayne; a daughter-in-law Pat Koesters of Dublin; nine grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and an in-law Ray Koesters of Carthagena.
She is preceded in death by sons Jerry and Daniel; and siblings, LaMar (Bud) & Gertrude Tekamp, Ray & Betty Tekamp and Myra & Omer Newcom.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. She worked at the former New Idea Plant in Coldwater, Jutte's Foodliner and the Coldwater Public Library.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call on Thursday from 3 to 7 PM and on Friday from 9 to 10 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Care.
