* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Philip Schmidt
Philip R. Schmidt, 67, of Celina, OH, passed away at Wayne Health Care, Greenville, OH, on December 13, 2016 at 8:25 pm.
He was born September 3, 1949 in Wapakoneta, OH, to Roy and Louise (Jeanerette) Schmidt, both preceded him in death.
Survivors include his children, Roy Schmidt, Ft. Recovery, Dustin Schmidt, Celina, Desiree Schmidt, Celina, Derek Schmidt, Celina, and Philip Schmidt, Celina; an ex-wife, Dianne Schmidt, Celina; four brothers, Ted Schmidt, Celina, Walt Schmidt, St. Marys, Tim Schmidt, Celina, and Louie Schmidt, Celina; four Sisters, Esther Coleman, Celina, Nancy Craft, Wapakoneta, Peg Chaney, Celina, and Della Snyder, Wapakoneta; and two grandchildren, Lucy McDowell, and Gannon Barnes.
Phil was a 1967 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He was retired after working his entire life as a blacksmith. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina and the Knights of Columbus Council #1800, Celina.
Memorial Services will begin at 11:00 am, Saturday, December 17, 2016 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Allan Brown officiating; where the family will receive friends 10:00 am-11:00 am prior to the service at the funeral home. Private graveside service will be held at Union Bethel Cemetery, Wapakoneta, at the convenience of the family. There will be no burial after services on Monday.
