Ronald Wendel
Ronald C. "Ronny" Wendel, 72, Wendelin, Ohio, died on December 11, 2016, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio.
He was born November 16, 1944, in Mercer County, OH, to the late Adolph and Leona (Selhorst) Wendel.
Surviving are his brother, Larry (Cathy) Wendel of Wendelin; a sister, Rose Ann (Ernie) Rohrer of Fort Recovery, OH; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death is a niece, Laura Wendel.
He retired from CA Industries, Celina, Ohio and was a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Wendelin. He enjoyed living at Briarwood Village and resided there for 18 years. Ronny also enjoyed bowling, riding his three wheeled bicycle, the holidays and spending time with family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Thursday, December 15, 2016 at St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Wendelin, Fr. Tom Hemm officiating. Burial will follow at St. Wendelin Cemetery, Wendelin.
Calling is 3:00 pm-7:00 pm Wednesday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
