* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Swartzel
Mary E. Swartzel, age 64, of Coldwater, died Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Celina Manor.
She was born April 10, 1952 in Akron to the late Dr. John & Ethel (Wise) Milne. On August 23, 1975 she married Jeff Swartzel and he survives in Coldwater.
She is survived by two sons, Devin & Brooke (Muhlenkamp) Swartzel of Dublin, and Ric Swartzel of Lima; three grandchildren Riley Elizabeth Swartzel, Jaykob Swartzel and Nolan McDowell; her mother in law and step father in law Geraldine & Tom Abeln of Centerville; and in laws Rob & Darla Swartzel of Xenia and Curt Cramer of Findlay.
She is preceded in death by her sister Diane Milne; father in law Donald Swartzel and sister in law Melissa Cramer.
She was a member of Covenant Community Church in Coldwater and Coldwater Kiwanis.
She had a Master's Degree from St. Francis College in Ft. Wayne and worked as a Social Worker for Mercer County Mental Health Center.
Mary taught dance aerobics for many years, enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and watching her boys in athletics.
Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM on Friday, December 2, 2016 at Covenant Community Church, Coldwater with Pastor Eric Muhlenkamp officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday and 9 to 10 AM Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorials may be directed to State of the Heart Care or Huntington's Disease Society of America.
